HaulBench publishes data compiled from public sources and calculators that apply published formulas. It is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, insurance, safety or compliance advice, and it is not a substitute for checking the primary source or consulting a professional. Regulatory data changes daily; confirm with FMCSA, the relevant state agency or the counterparty before acting.

Accuracy

We work to keep data current and show the date of the last change on each page, but we make no warranty that any page is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Calculators produce estimates from the inputs you provide.

Use of the site

You may use the site for personal and business research. You may not scrape it at volume, republish substantial parts of it, or use it to harass, defraud or discriminate against any carrier or person. Automated access is limited to reasonable rates; bulk data is available under licence on request.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ospan is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the extent permitted.

Federal datasets used here are public domain. Where a source requests acknowledgement (EIA, GSA) we provide it; nothing on the site implies endorsement by any agency.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after a change is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
